Terms of Service

Welcome to ECampus. By downloading, accessing, or using the ECampus mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The ECampus platform is a private community. You must be a currently enrolled student or verified alumni of B.K. Birla Night College to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that cannot verify their affiliation.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

ECampus allows users to post text, images, polls, and comments. You are solely responsible for the content you post. To ensure a safe campus environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Posting sexually explicit content, pornography, or nudity.
• Hate speech, discrimination, bullying, harassment, or threats against any individual or group.
• Sharing private or confidential information about peers without their consent (doxxing).
• Spam, malicious links, or illegal content.

3. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

• Blocking: You can block any user at any time from their profile menu. Blocked users cannot view your profile, send requests, or interact with your posts.
• Reporting: You can report abusive posts, comments, or users using the in-app "Report" tools.
• Enforcement: Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove objectionable content and permanently terminate the accounts of abusive users without prior notice.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time via our Data Deletion request process.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
